However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the balboa Pier. . -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
-Patio must be cleaned up prior to 10pm. Any excess trash and junk left overnight are subject to fines.
PARKING NOTES
In the rear of the building there are 2 separate 2 car garages. You are assigned (2) parking spots. One on the RIGHT SIDE of the RIGHT garage and one on the LEFT SIDE of the LEFT garage. Compact cars are recommended as the garage space is limited. Half of each garage is for Trash Can storage. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking Spots are 74'' wide 172'' deep.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
