The room was clean and comfortable but the WiFi was terrible. It would not connect most of the time. I called the tech support center and they were not able to help it finally came on with a weak connection.

Pete was a very welcoming front desk person, gave us tips on things to see and gave nice introduction to this hotel. Absolutely top notch. Nice that they provide carts to unload the car.

Hotel is being renovated but our room was already done and very nice. Unfortunately a guest was put in the room next door who was very ill and coughed loudly so we were given another room for the second night. Staff was very accommodating

We had an ok stay. We reserved their king jacuzzi suite for 3 nights. The beds are really outdated, super uncomfortable and noisy eveeytime you move. But the room was huge, clean, nicely decorated and it was just a great room (other than the bed). The first night we kept hearing the sound of eater drippi h. We thought it was the minifridge because it was malfunctioning. The next day we enjoyed an awesome hot breakdast included in the stay and than went about our day. At 10:30 that night we started hearing the sound of water pouring like it was right out of a faucet. We found water pouring out of rhe light fixture on our batheoom. After calling the front desk, who responded very promptly, it was water from the upstairs bathroom shower/bathtub leaking into our room. They did not have another room of the same type to move us into but they did move us into another king room. This was a lovely room as well but again the bed was super uncomfortable and noisy. It was such a bummer but we understand things happen. The next day

We had a great time. Hotel was good, clean. Staff were super friendly, ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, full of great options. Location was good, very close to the bridge.
