Breakfast was very basic. Not the great buffet the internet ad implied. Tub/shower drained very slowly so that two inches of water was in the tub by the time the shower was over.

We requested a non-smoking disabled room for us 4. The room allowed clearance for a walker, and the handicap shower had a fold down seat chair from the wall and was flat and could easily walk in and out! Fresh cookies welcomed us! And we left early for craving which the pier is right there! But the breakfast buffet was amazing! Hot food not a cold continental like most! Lumberjack breakfast or healthy options! Or biscuits and gravy! Hot tub jets work and pool is nice! Towels are at the gym and pool if you want! Great quality for Newport! Would definitely recommend!

The room was pretty great - clean and comfortable. Amenities are outstanding!! 24 hour indoor pool?! Yes please! The daily breakfast is great, lots of variety and literally something for everyone. Every single person on staff that we came across was very nice, courteous, and interacted with us. We will definitely be staying again!

We were staying here for work and our job got completed early so we needed to check out early. I have done this many times with hotels as we travel a lot for work. I have never had a problem getting a refund if I have to check out early. I messaged the general manager Penny several times with no response. Would not recommend if you are staying here for work an need to be flexible with your checkout.
