We were visiting for the night & as soon as we got into the room the floor was slippery, the toilet had no water, the bed sheets had cigarette burns, WEED STEMS on the bed, CAT HAIR on the chairs (I’m highly allergic), and the room smelt like cigarettes. Not to mention the hallway smelt like cigarettes & so warm like there wasn’t A/C. The front desk guy showed us another room and upon doing so, those lights weren’t working (had a sign on the light switch don’t turn on lights) neither was the A/C. Horrible. He wouldn’t refund us so He transferred us to the neighbor hotel (I guess they’re connected somehow?) but there was NO A/C in the hotel!!! We walked into our room and we had to turn on this OLD A/C unit & our bathroom had a used towel. Horrible experience!

My room was disqualified. I had to clean my whole room over. It was bugs in the tub and the floor was dirty. Spend too much money to not get what we've paid for

Our room had to be changed 2 times after we checked in (as the rooms were not even close to clean) and pool was closed for 2 days (it was a factor for us to choose this place) I have a photo of what the toilet looked like but I’m not going to share (can do if necessary)

The rooms are immaculate. Mrs Bobbi, Jamal and Sanjita (I believe I spelled that right) are absolute sweethearts. They def make you feel welcome and take care of you like family!

Wasn’t impressed at all. The pictures of the hotel are not up to date at all. Everything is old and overly used. The hotel is extremely overpriced for the condition it is in.smh holes with poor patch work in the walls and bathroom doors. The couch was so filthy so I couldn’t even touch it, the mattress was filthy with brown stains all over it and it was nothing but drug addicts coming in and out of the hotels.smh I wish I could have given zero stars.smh and the rooms come with the thinnest sheet on the bed, the whole hotel was just a joke and need to be shut down.smh

We have only one towel on the bathroom… that was the strangest thing ever…. How a hotel put only one towel in the bathroom

It was a drug motel.the pot smell would come in under door.There would be worms 🐛 in the mornings on the dirty floor everyday.Their pool was closed. I didn't expect the place to be perfect. I work in the motel business. Nothing was taking care of. The best part of this place was when I was leaving.
