The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Please leave everything as you found it on arrival this will then ensure everything is found and your deposit can be returned to you in full without complications.
• DO NOT LEAVE RUBBISH IN BAG OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Throw rubbish in the waste disposal red bins provided around the resort. This is very important because animal and seagulls will distort unattended bags
• Make sure the hot tub in on and set at 38 degrees with the filter pump, heater pump lights showing on and covered as you found it when you arrived.

Retreat 69 was absolutely lovely. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need and comfortable and spacious. The hot tub is an added luxury and the fire pit and lights make it really special. Rebecca was a great host with excellent communication replying to messages quickly and answering all our questions. We didn't use other site facilities but it is a great place with lots there. Porth is just a short distance with a great beach. Overall it's just awesome.
