The space
Newly built in 2026, Studio Fore is a relaxed, surf-inspired apartment in the centre of Newquay, directly opposite Towan Beach. It’s designed as an easy base for beach days, exploring town, and getting straight in the water.
The studio sleeps up to six.
There are four custom-built sleeping bunks with privacy curtains, individual lights and charging points, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living space. A compact kitchenette and private bathroom make it comfortable for short stays.
Above the studio is a loft with a double bed and its own pull-out sofa bed. This space can be booked together with Studio Fore if you need extra room for friends or family.
The apartment includes a few extras that make beach trips easier: secure board storage, an outdoor shower, and a small garden space to rinse off and relax after a surf.
Managed by Cornish Wave Surf School, guests also get a bit of local surf knowledge and 10% off lessons during their stay.
Everything is within easy walking distance. Pavilion Café is about 30 seconds away, Towan Beach is just across the road, and Fistral Beach is around a five-minute walk. Shops, bars and restaurants are all nearby.
Self check-in makes arrival simple, so you can drop your bags and head straight to the beach.
