Base price reflects up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 Kings/ 2 Queens). The 5th bedroom has 2 Twins and the 6th bedroom has a King bed and a window seat for reading. No steep access roads, no winding or switchback roads to navigate in the darkness of night or after a little afternoon delight!

Our Dining Room, Living Room, Family room with fireplace, and game room provide plenty of space for everyone! Our large country kitchen is equipped with new utensils and new pots and pans to cook with. We have also purchased new silverware and silverware tray set.
Expansive grounds spread from the famous Artist's Covered Bridge down to the actual Sunday River and across our expansive field. You and your rental group may use this field for your outdoor fun and private river access. Only 3 minutes to resort activities, and yet a gorgeous private destination with plenty of outdoor options.
