With an easy 3 minute drive to the Sunday River Resort, this charming Farmhouse, accommodating 10-12 guests, is the perfect spot for any vacation, family gathering, or retreat. Base price reflects up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms (2 Kings / 2 Queens / 2 Twins). The 6th bedroom has a King bed and a window seat for reading. There is a nominal fee to add this bedroom on. The uniqueness of this property comes from the view and the location. We have the most breathtaking mountain view of 6 of the 8 peaks, ski trails and Mahoosuc Range from almost every room. With a flat and easy approaching road, taking you right to your doorstep, the drive is safe and easy. No steep access roads and no winding roads to navigate in the darkness of night or after a little afternoon delight!
We have a brand new kitchen totally re-done, with gorgeous state of the art cabinetry and all new appliances. The open concept gives you views into the fireplace and family room to make it a joy for the chef in your household to prepare meals and feel a part of the day's excitement! The extra space in the game room provides a great area for kids to hang out, watch TV and play some ping pong.
Expansive grounds spread from the famous Artist's Covered Bridge down to the actual Sunday River and across our expansive field. You and your rental group may use this field for your outdoor fun and private river access. Only 3 minutes to resort activities, and yet a gorgeous private destination with plenty of outdoor options.
