Brillant Stay

Lovely just lovely. Very friendly people particularly Caroline who couldn’t do enough for you. Even going out of her way to make up sandwiches for your early departure. You couldn’t beat it. She just a wee genuine angel. Thanks Caroline!!

This place was absolutely charming. There’s only 18 rooms in the lodge but the bar and restaurant were packed for dinner. Fantastic food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

The Tv was rubbish and had constant interference plus very little stations to watch. Room was extremely small and I asked for more milk etc for my coffee and I didn’t get any. The receptionist was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. She was knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.

The receptionist (I think her name was Theresa) was amazing. So friendly, helpful and nice. I have been to many hotels, she was outstanding and she is reason I gave this 5 stars. Rooms were perfectly adequate for the stay, clean and tidy. Had diner and breakfast both were delicious and had lots of options. Only slight negative was that hot breakfast finishes at 9.30 which is a bit early for me,
