Historic holiday home in Poulsker

The summer house was originally built as the main building for Poulsker Elværk in 1914. It has been continuously renovated since 2021.



The holiday home spans two floors and offers a spacious accommodation of 126 square meters, capable of accommodating up to 6 people spread across 3 cozy rooms. On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, a comfortable bedroom, and a practical bathroom. There's also a utility room/laundry room from where you can step out into the backyard and enjoy nature.



On the first floor, two additional bedrooms and a functional office area await, perfect for those who might need some workspace during their stay. With views of fields on both sides of the house, you can often spot hares and pheasants, contributing to the idyllic atmosphere.



The kitchen is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. In the living room, you can easily stream your favorite programs via Chromecast on the TV.



The backyard is a private oasis with an older terrace, perfect for cozy meals under the open sky, and a large lawn where there's plenty of space for play and relaxation.



With just a 5-minute drive to Dueodde beach, considered one of Europe's best beaches with its ultra-fine sand, this holiday home is the ideal base for beach enthusiasts.
