First of all, you need to pay to use the rooftop pool. The main reason I picked this place because of pool photos. I think it’s a bit too much for people who are staying here to pay to use the pool especially there’s no info about it when I booked. Moreover, the housekeeper took my house (back home) key card by accident. Mine is all white, he/she could be confused as the master key but that is not acceptable. The staff sorted it out but no compensations about this incident. It took me two trips to go down to the front desk to sort it out because there’s no hotel phones in the room. (The only time I would need to use it lol) Lastly, I could see a lot of ants on the wall, table and bathroom. I like the location, 2 min walk to the beach. But this place has more cons than pros.

It was a best place to stay in Nha Trang city within my budget. Good location, right at the leisure street. Many places to eat,just walking 100m. Very clean, comfortable sofa, bed linens

Old but great location. Rooms are terrible but the roof top pool is spectacular. The gym is updated and really nice and the resraurant is nice. Only down side is the rooms are run down, very old and beds are hard. Feels dirty.

This was big disappointment. First, they gave me a room which wasn't cleaned up after the previous guests checked out. It was a big mess. See the 1st picture. Second, they gave me a room which was dusty and didnt have a proper bed. See the 2nd~4th pictures. That "bed" was made by put a mattress above another mattress which was so low, hard and really uncomfortable. Although I tried to convince myself to stay but when the night fell I want to sleep and I couldnt, I had to call them, asked to change me to another room. Third, the only room that available at that moment didnt have sea view as my original booking. Yes, the bed was better but still far under hotel standard. I had been upset enough seen I arrived so I decided to take it and just leave it. Just please, note that this "holi Panorama" does not belong to the building owner or have any connection with the hotel at Panorama building. It's a stand alone business which I saw unprofessional. The staff was not helpful and really slow. Took them too much to send somebody to talk with me. Not recommended.
1st- Room was not cleaned up after guested checked out. Bathroom was a big mess.
2nd- This wasn't a bed.
3rd- Room's too dusty
4th- Room's too dusty

벌레 많음 숙소 시설은 좋긴 하지만 이상한 조그마한 벌레도 많이 나오고 엘베도 살짝 불편하고 냉장고도 안시원하지만 숙소 근처에 야시장도 있고 먹을것도 많고 그랩으로 배달 시킬 곳도 많고 바로 앞 마트는 롯데마트보다 좋아요 라면 종류도 많고 쌉니다! 40층 인피니티풀도 이뻤어요

3~4명이 함께 숙박하기에 만족도 4.5이상의 룸컨디션

아들과 딸과 함께한 가족여행이었숩니다 성인 세명이 사용하기에 적당히 넓고 만족스러웠습니다 정면 테라스 있는 바다 전망도 좋고 둘이 잘 수 있는 큰 침대가 둘, 소파, 화장대가 있는 거실 하나와 작은방도 수퍼싱글 정도의 침대하나가 있어 성인 5명까지도 충분히 잘 수 있으나 화장실이 하나여서 세명이 널널하게 쓰기 딱 좋습니다 위생상태도 좋은 편입니다 친구들과 네명이 쓸 때는 좀 복잡한 느낌이었는데 이번엔 여유롭고 좋았습니다 큰 캐리어 올려놓을 수 있는 장이 있어 편라합니다 위치도 딱 좋아 다음에 나트랑 가게되더라도 또 이곳을 선택할 것입니다
