Best hotel in Nha Trang - STAY HERE!

This was the best hotel In Nha Trang and the best Hotel we found in Vietnam. When we arrived, the check-in was so easy and quick. The staff was so Friendly. The room was massive and so clean. The area around the hotel is quiet and you can sleep easily, and you canโ€™t hear the traffic like in most other hotels. The staff helped us to arrange to rent a Bike and we got it at a great price. They arranged for a taxi to the airport and the taxi they arranged was cheaper than any other taxi we could find. The 2 staff that worked there named NGHIA & LINS are amazing, they made our stay so enjoyable. Anything we needed they were happy to help us, they gave us great recommendations of places to go and eat. I got sick and they helped my wife to arrange to take me to the hospital and get the medication I needed. They kept asking me how I was feeling and looking after us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will be stay here again next time we come to Vietnam. If youโ€™re looking for a great quality clean hotel in a great location, quiet clean rooms at a great price with excellent service then please book and stay at the Tokia hotel.

Nice hotel, cold shower

Really conveniently located close to the beach and town. Room was nice and big, good condition. The shower wouldn't get hot water to start with and staff had to sort it. Then it was only ever luke warm. Not really pleasant to shower at any point. Plus we had to test it and test it for ages, for staff not to fix it in the end anyway

Quick and friendly check-in Big comfy bed, pillows and duvet AC, good WiFi, excellent shower pressure, mini fridge Wonderful front desk staff, helped with arranging bus transportation to Hoi An. Bus wasn't until 7pm, they allowed to stay in the room until then at a lower rate. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again if in Nha Trang in the future.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with plenty of room. Excellent location, convenient for restaurants and beach. Previous reviews mentioned breakfast but this was not available. Good value and recommended.
