Hotel was very clean, even house cleaning was personable. Hotel room was very high tech, took us a hot minute to figure out how to turn on the lights. lol The only thing I didn't like, there was a very faint alarm type sound, first night I thought it was a neighbor's alarm clock, but I believe it was coming from the heat/air conditioner. But I highly recommend this hotel, just wish you didn';t have to pay for parking.

When we arrived to our room. We noticed that the bathroom was dirty and hair all over the shower. We called down to the front desk. The manager came with a wash cloth and a bottle of disinfectant to wash the bathroom. They didn’t have any housekeeping available. We went and had a pizza In their restaurant. We ordered a 18 dollar New York style pizza that was A frozen pizza with pepperoni thrown on the top of it. In the morning we decided to try their breakfast buffet for breakfast. $15.00 each we arrived they were out of eggs and bacon and no plates for the food. Plates arrived so they Had one pancake left. So I took the pancake and a sausage patty. The pancake was so hard I couldn’t cut it. We asked if they could refill the eggs and bacon. It took almost 20minutes for the refills. We had to ask several times. They also charge $15 a night to park your vehicle. We were very disappointed in this hotel. No swimming pool. We do not recommend this hotel. We Will never stay there again. Very disappointed

Bathroom door was faulty so my mom was stuck in the bathroom for almost 2hrs while we were out. By the time we got there she turned into red and exosted. Hotel stuff opened the bathroom door from outside with some sort of wire. Looks like an existing issue never taken seriously

Room and amenities are great. Prime location for walking to the parks and falls. Everything is excellent except for the cleanliness. The floors looked as if they had not been cleaned in a while with hairs and crumbs everywhere, stains and spots in many places, and it was sticky in spots. There was bad aroma in the room that was very pungent and the linens also had long black hairs on them. We went to the store and had to get wipes to wipe everything down including the floor and an air freshener. It was not perfect but we were able to at least sleep and change in the room.

The hotel was clean, very comfortable and a mere 4 minutes from Niagara Falls. Tye room was roomy and the beds were super comfortable. We could see part of the fireworks from our room. The parking lot filled up the night we stayed for fireworks, however they had a place for us to park in the lot next door. There were only 2 minor things: refrigerator was small & no microwave in the room. Overall, this hotel was very good!
