We have had some bad experiences with bookings from Hotels.com but Cambria hotel was stunning. Very very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. What an amazing cute place to stay. If I ever book in the falls again it will definitely be here!

Finger prints on the bathroom door and room door as well as splatter stains on the inside of one elevator was not pleasing. Whenever I see finger print stains it makes me wonder what other surfaces or items were not properly washed and sanitized.

Staff at check in was beyond nice. Once in the room, there was womens hair on both beds and shower towels. The throw pillows on the bed were stained and dingy looking.

Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great stay at the Cambria hotel. The rate was very reasonable, the rooms and hotel in general was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The only negative remarks would be having to pay $15/night for parking and the lot was covered in ice and breakfast was not included. Even with those negatives I would come back though. Highly recommend.
