Great location. Great size for large families or groups. Lots of bathrooms. Breakfast was included but it never showed up. After two days of trying to contact our host they offered money off our stay but I’m not going to hold my breath. Coffee pot was broken and not replaced until final night of our stay. New one delivered while we were out for the day and they left the back door wide open. Not nearly enough towels for 13 people. We had to share and wash them everyday. Only had about 2 ounces of dish soap. Not enough tea towels for dishes. Great house and location. Just don’t expect much for amenities and the host
