First thing I noticed is that when we got there the room was like a freezer you can hang meat in it so cold, Did it change rooms to give me a king size which Wasn't too bad but at the same time there Hallways are narrow they're using cheap board for flooring which is the water is raising the floor, I did find a hair and the food as well I did make the staff throw it away and bring a fresh container food so everybody else can get, yeah thing was $20 per parking which is absolutely ridiculous we are paying for a hotel room we shouldn't be paying for parking especially when they own the lot so they hook you on the hotel and a gouge you in the parking, I stayed another hotels and Niagara Falls and I didn't have to pay for parking so I'm disappointed with choice which is the main owner of the hotel they're Comfort Inns are a lot better I do request some sort of reimbursement it's the first complaint I ever made about a hotel
