If I could rate the hotel half-way between Good and Excellent, I would. Brian at the front desk was helpful and friendly. We mentioned a couple of minor issues in the room 807, and no sooner had we returned to the room, he’d sent Daryl, a maintenance man to our door…he was also friendly. We also dealt with a young man and young woman at the desk, didn’t get their names but they were also helpful and friendly. They called cabs for us numerous times, suggested restaurants and tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices, and staff were constantly refilling. I appreciate that breakfast was included…we didn’t have to get up and out and find a place to eat. Room was neat and clean, well-equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine/coffee, safe, ironing board, iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Pool…water was on the warm side. Exercise room. Ice available. Small tuck shop. Parking for a fee.

Great location...2 minute walk to Clifton Hill attractions....under 10 minute walk to either casino...15 minute walk to the falls. Clean lobby and rooms. nicely updated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Great for families.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The location was superb — close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Ideal location near the WeGo bus stop. Ideal for a short break and sensibly priced. We turned up a bit early for our check-in with a view to leaving our luggage, but the room.was ready. Really good service.
