Good times in Niagara Falls

The washroom needed a proper cleaning around the toilet area on the wall, evidence of previous occupants. Air conditioning was completely filthy. Bedding was clean. Property was also tidy never access to Internet there hotel is conveniently located to downtown core.. the price reflects the hotel putting it at the cheaper end

Good budget hotel

Budget hotel so you know what you’ve paid for. Besides that, we got clean towels every day, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, the location is convenient. There is a dollar tree just up the road for cheap snacks.

The staff is amazing! The bathroom tap wasn’t working properly, so I immediately requested for another room and the staff gave me another room. The staff is extremely kind and understanding. It’s just the rooms are old and no elevator.

Nothing unique about the property, had to wait almost 10 minutes for hot water to heat up to take a shower, bathroom faucet was broken off, asked about it being fixed so we could take a shower and they never looked at it. You can hear everything from upstairs and banging all night. The beds are old and super uncomfortable. We suffered from neck cramps both nights. Damaged furniture and next to no outlets. Over all it was a bad experience. Never going back to this place and for the price of what it was, horrible.

I like the area for its accessibility to the places you wish to visit like the falls and others. The beds are good but it's not the typical ambiance you can experience there is different kind of odor inside the room..maybe because the AC is not working and it's very hot inside. They fixed it after several times. There is microwave but the the electric supply is not enough so you can't used it properly. There's no exhaust fan. Anyway, you've got what you pay!!
