Excellent motel, except surprised to learn of $20/vehicle/ night parking. My wife was in her own vehicle, so it was $40 for parking, increasing our planned costs by 57%. Bargain rate disappeared, and ceased to exist. Then they wanted $200 security deposit on my credit card, that will be refunded in 5 to 7 days, if all is OK after I check out. There is also an early check-in, ad late check-out fee. Read the fine print, & ad ask lots of questions before booking here through Expedia.

The lodge is close to bus stops and restaurants moreover accessible to more site view around the Falls. The room itself is clean and well maintained, if you are looking for affordable and convenience this is the place to place to be.

Site staff entered my room at 1am in the morning because the girl at front desk never checked me in my room. Then did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. Ruined my sleep and messed up my whole day. Rooms are noisy and they do not restock shampoo ,toilet paper or towels. I wouldnt recommend staying. Free breakfast very limited and sparce. This is a poor excuse for a motel and the staff are completely clueless.

There are so many issues starting from Ice machine is located outside in the open to dirty bed sheets and dirty towel on the floor from previous people and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Staying for two nights at Falls Lodge was a great choice. A fabulous location within a few minutes walk to the majority of attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the GO bus. The spacious room was very clean, quiet and having both fridge and microwave gave us choice to dine in when we didn't feel like going to a restaurant. The fresh assortment of continental breakfast options was an added bonus to start the busy day with a fulfilling, healthy meal. Definitely a well managed property we will re-book for future visits! Kudos from Dame Aspartame!

The room it self was basic but clean. The wifi was terrible making it hard to watch tv. The tv had very limited channels. The beds were ok. Liked that there was no carpet in our room. The hotel was in a great location in walking distance to several places. Didn’t have the breakfast that was included. Overall it was an ok place to stay.
