While they did not stock our 2 rooms with the usual items we assumed would be there (hair dryer, enough towels, silverware in the kitchen of the family suite…) they gave these items to us upon asking! This hotel is basic and fixtures are not the fanciest but I couldn’t ask for a nicer, more responsive staff. Everyone was great. The breakfast is free and you can’t beat that. Eggo waffles, muffins, bread/toast, yogurt, cereal, donuts, bananas, OJ, Milk. They need 1 more toaster because every time I went in during our 3 night stay there were a few people using the 1 toaster. If they put more money into really fixing up everything it will be a super hotel. I hope they want to invest in that.

The only good thing of this place sas that the beds were a bit comfortable for the price. Otherwise I didn't like the fact that I got charged extra for parking whicj was not specified in the property info. Also the place was noisy, the management staff was not helpful and the breakfast was not good. I would not recommend this place.

Upper level room was renovated, quiet and clean! Love that there was no carpet - great flooring! Breakfast was meh (coffee was really watery and bad! Good thing there is a Timmies 2 doors down!) Young woman at the front desk was not unpleasant but definitely gives the impression she'd rather be anywhere else. Great for a concert night stay - can walk easily to OLG stage and restaurants! Comfortable beds. Would book again 100%
