It was a large house enough for 7 people. Very close to new side of the falls . It is walking distance but to clifton hills you are looking at 20 min walk. The house is close to grocery stores, tims, restaurants House has all appliances you need. Would be nice if there was a washer and dryer especially if you are travelling with kids

The home was awesome and suited our needs of six people - 3 adults and 3 teenagers. However, there was no hot water and we reported it the first day and we were told someone would come fix it but no one ever came to fix it. We were there for two days and the lack of hot water was our only issue with the homestay :(

Near the Niagara fall strip

The booking was pretty comprehensive before and after the booking and the house condition was decent. However, after our stay, when I asked question about our security deposit.They are not very responsive, I have waited almost two days and I have yet to receive a respond.

Nice big comfortable house

Nice big comfortable house on a quite street. only a 2 minute drive to the major attractions. sleeps 8 ppl comfortably. only thing we found not as per listing was that it says house for 8 but the house only had 4 chairs to sit we came as a family of 7 so we had to eat in 2 shifts other wise house is great and i recommend it. price was great as well.

Ready to fight to get deposit back?

The house and neighborhood was ok, but here almost 6 weeks after checking out we still haven't received our damage deposit back (500 canadian dollars). We left a clean and tidy house, and nothing was damaged during our stay. Emails are not answered by Smart Stays. I wish I had believed the reviews before renting through them, but I thought it was through hotel.com and I would be safe this way... Avoid if you don't wish to fight to get your deposit back.
