Everything was great! Clean, quiet, great staff, nice pool, close to shopping, casino, and OLG stadium… and many restaurants… Coco’s on site and Margaritaville next door. Only minor complaints was pillows were not comfortable and could have used an extra blanket in the room. Also, there was no bathroom fan so had to shower with the bathroom door open. The price for one night stay was a bit much, so would have to rethink staying here again only for that reason. Otherwise, was a really great hotel.

This hotel is located a bit off the main tourist area, so it is quieter and less busy. Having both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a hot tub and sauna, was a plus. The adjoining restaurant had good food.

Great place, nice staff, friendly and helpful. Roon was comfortable and clean . Bathroom toilet could have been cleaner but otherwise very impressive. We liked the balcony as well and the noon check out suited our needs. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and for the price would rate this one excellent, definitely a 9 out of 10.

Family friendly stay near falls

This hotel is family friendly. I appreciate th or overall cleanliness, interactions with guests, and offering guidance where asked. Self parking on site was great, well lit, and felt safe. Walkable to main attractions. Overall, highly recommended, and will book again when visiting Niagara.
