Perfect location to the Niagara Falls

The overall hotel was lovely, the location, the hotel team at check in and out were professional, knowledgeable, helpful. The room was overall fairly clean, it smelled nice and clean, the floor was vacuumed. The bathroom shower however, had not been cleaned very well, it had short black hairs on the walls still. Considering the rest of my experience, the shower wasn’t a deal breaker for me, I rinsed the walls down and went about my business.

The Hotel was very clean and staff very friendy. Absolutely no complaints about the service. However, the floor/ceiling is not sound proofed. We were on the 4th floor with a family above us. It wasn't a problem to hear the kids jumping, playing and laughing during the day, but at 2 am the couple had a huge argument, which we were unfortunate enough to have to hear. It continued for quite some time with yelling and slamming doors. We finally phoned in a complaint at 2:30 when one of them began incessantly pounding on the door. Sound proofing the ceiling with better insulation and soundproofing drywall would definitely help. We got very little sleep as a result.
