Damaged floorboards at foot of bed which couldve caused injury, booked through Expedia and was overcharged by $140 as I saw same upgraded room for far cheaper on the same day. Expedia and Holiday falsely advertise, through photos of the facility, that there is fallsview dining when the photo is pf another establishment altogether. Awful experience and Holiday Inn wouldnt even agree to refund the $140 difference. Will never stay here again and will never use Expedia again either. GO TO THE HILTON NIAGARA, 100X THE QUALITY AT SAME PRICE RANGE.

I never went to a Holiday Inn that doesn't give you any complimentary service. No free beverages or breakfast or anything. I tried to book an extra night and I was told I would have to do a new reservation which means paying the same deposit once again. Which is a scam. My room key didn't work several times I had to keep going to the service desk. I just felt the customer service and overall the other services could of been better as well. No I wouldn't visit again or recommend anyone else to visit as well

We were checked into an adjoining room. Since, we had booked just one room, the adjoining room was separated with a door (locked). However, we could hear the guests talk from the other side as the door wouldn’t provide enough sound proofing.

My daughter and I went off-season. The property is only few minute distance from the fall. Very convenient. The parking was right in the back side. The room was very spacious. Very clean as well. Highly recommend this place. The only hiccup we had was breakfast. Only one person was handling many tables. I could see some folks were tired of waiting for their food. We ate elsewhere.

My wife and I were drawn to this property due to its location, and distance to the falls. We checked in early and were able to get our room instead of wait. The front of the building has no parking and is for check in only. The Parking lot out behind the hotel is a major problem that everyone should be aware of. Next to the hotel parking lot, is the parking lot for the Skylon Tower as well as a separate paid parking option. There are no barriers between these lots at all. As you can imagine, non hotel guests will park in the hotel parking lot. I came back to the hotel to find the lot completely full, I went to the front desk and told them there is nowhere to park. Baffling to me, they pulled out a printed birds eye view of all of the parking lots and showed me where I can park. This would not be suitable at all for anyone with an issue walking, as I had to park like an 1/8 mile away from the hotel. This is totally unacceptable, manage your parking lot and block it off to other non-hotel guests. This should be common sense. The room was decent. Renovated in recent years but is beat up, bathroom shows the worst age. Balcony had 2 cheap plastic patio chairs. TV wouldn't always work, showed a black screen sometimes. Best thing was its close proximity to the falls. But beware, it is a STEEP hill going down. The walk down is fine, but coming back up may be a serious challenge to those not in decent shape. Also - They will charge you $11 CAD just for booking with Expedia.

The place is easy to locate and within walking distance to the Fall and the casino. Many restaurants in the surrounding area. However the room can use some upgrade. The shower curtain smells like mildew, the door to the room rattles when people walk by, the parking area can use some upgrades as well.
