As expected, we have stayed here numerous times.

Room was ready when we arrived. Quick and easy check-in. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. A little dated and missing a nightstand lamp. Toilet leaked. We had a puddle on the floor that we put a towel on every few hours. We were not bothered too much as we did not spend that much time in our room.

Room was nice other than the tv not turning off and the limited options. The pool had so much chlorine that while watching my kids, my eyes were burning so badly that I had to keep closing them. Onsite restaurant was overpriced and had no options for my 11 and 13yr old.

The hotel was clean. The only thing I had an issue with is the hot water. Only one person could take a hot shower before the water started to cool down. Everything else about this hotel was great.

The location of our room was right beside the exit doors and the elevators. We were woken up several times throughout the night due to people being loud. The fridge was not functioning properly as was the heater ( extremely loud). Housekeeping woke us up 2 and a half hours before checkout. Room was clean, front desk staff were amazing.

Holiday Inn By The Falls Beckons us!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was amazing being so close to the falls and the 2 casinos. We walked everywhere! The staff at the front desk were very personable and helpful and the cleaning staff were friendly and super obliging. The best part was being able to have a room on the main floor because I don't take elevators and a lot of hotels don't let you access their stairs only in emergencies. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely. We did use the pool and it was very clean, as were the hot tub and the sauna. We will definitely be back to Holiday Inn By The Falls, can't wait!!!

Nice Stay

Nice hotel, great location. Walking distance to casino and falls. Building is older but well maintained. Staff was very attentive. Free parking is a huge plus.
