Disliked: Cleanliness
The cleanliness of the property was at best a 5/10. Floors were dirty in many areas and even sticky from improper cleaning or not being cleaned. Cleaning fee in my opinion should be partially refunded. I ended up mopping all the floors myself while here...Bathrooms were not very clean, some of the linens and towels had stains. Recessed lights in kitchen don't work at all leaving the kitchen very dark. One of the bedroom doors isn't even a solid door, it is fully see through glass and has no privacy. If you plan to do cooking there is limited pans/pots. May work for probably 80% of patrons. The neighborhood isn't the best, there was actually a drive by shooting while we were there 2 blocks away. None of the bedrooms have an actual bathroom attached or part of it, so there is not master bedroom per say.- This house was definitely used as offices or something commercial at some point as all the rooms were oddly setup and no actual closets really exist. Some doors don't latch or lock properly. The only TV in the house is missing the remote. Certain burners on the stove don't operate at full capacity. A lot of outlets in rooms/house don't work. So many more issues but unfortunately not enough space to list everything.
