Check-in: The lady was nice and pleasant.
Rooms: There was no closet or coat hanger. Guests had to place their clothes on the ground. When we asked about this, the receptionist mentioned that people had been complaining about it, but management had not taken any action. It wouldn’t cost much to at least provide a coat hanger.
Washroom: Excellent
Breakfast: The lady in charge was rude and discriminatory. Upon arrival, she asked if we were there for coffee or breakfast. We replied “both,” but she insisted on checking our room key as if she didn’t believe us. She didn’t ask for a room key from anyone else who came for breakfast.
At the time we arrived, there was one couple already in the dining room, and three more groups arrived during our stay. She greeted everyone warmly, explaining things like, "You can sit anywhere. This spot is nice because there’s no direct sunlight," etc. For the couple already there, she asked three times if they needed hot sauce or anything else. However, she never offered us the same courtesy or even welcomed us. When I asked for help opening the hot water bottle, she responded with a nasty attitude. Her behavior was incredibly rude. People should not be treated differently based on their skin color.
Cleanliness: While the room itself was good, the mugs in the dining room were dirty. I picked two mugs—one had coffee residue at the bottom, and the other had red lipstick marks on it. (You can see the attached photo.)
Overpriced place. Not recommended.
