Old furniture, bathroom dirty, special the tiles on the walls in the bathroom. Also on the room where you are eating in order to be entertained with nice music or tv everyone supposed to listen music or religious music that is not normal on a public place like a hotel. The hotel is not a temple or a church. The entire hotel was under construction. This must be done on a period of time when the tourists are less, early spring or late fall.

I stayed at this motel because I read the latest reviews they did this year, and they all said the service and conditions were excellent, but that's not the case. The photos shown on the app are old, the building is in poor condition inside, the walls are old, dirty, and have visible damage, and the rooms smell bad. My girlfriend and I stayed in one room, and it had a strong cigarette smell. There were stains on the wall, and the sheets were dirty and smelly. We complained to the front desk, and they told us the photos were old and that they were very sorry we weren't having a good time. They moved us to another room, which was a little better, but the sheets smelled a little strange. There were hairs and crumbs everywhere. It seems they didn't wash the sheets properly, and in the middle of the room, there was a door that connects to the next room. We had to put a chair on the handle for safety. The elevator was in poor condition; you can see it hasn't been maintained in a long time. The same person at reception is the same one who prepares breakfast, so if you need help with anything, you have to wait. I will never return to this motel.

Very good value.

I have been choosing this hotel for several years, when visiting Niagara Falls with family. It is becoming increasingly better, since it has been through many recent renovations. Room and washroom are clean, with the convenience of refrigerator and microwave. This last time, we enjoyed the pool, which is also very well maintained. We save money that we can use in other entertainment and local attractions.
