tv did not work. Room very old and worn out. Toilet leaked at base Breakfast was reasonable. It a complaint about the price but above a basic things that shóks work.

2nd time coming. We stayed 5 nights enjoyed breakfast beds were comfortable. Theres some wear and tear but we where there to sleep. Good value. We will return.

The rooms were in poor condition, only one ceiling light, bathroom and rest of room in desperate need of renovation, beds extremely soft, "suspicious" brown marks on the walls, no remote in room, no bathmat or any other things like a dryer or shampoo. metal shelving broken and loose.

The bed cover was stained with something unknown. The housekeeper changed it. The room was full of mold along the walls and on the bathroom ceiling. It was impossible to breathe the air. We left about 30 minutes after arriving and rented another hotel. I had rented from Wednesday to Sunday and never came back. I gave him the keys on Friday morning. There were a lot of people there, and I don't know the condition of the other rooms, but if you rent beforehand, go check your room so you don't pay for nothing, like I did for four days, non-refundable.

It's a city property and there was road work close by so there was a critter problem. Really could have been cleaner but not a nightmare. Convenient to plenty of eateries and shopping. Staff were very accommodating when we had an issue.

Great value in Niagara Falls

Great hotel. Continuously improving. We enjoyed a clean and spacious room. Newly renovated washroom. A great value, since we get convenient free parking, a nice outdoors pool and complete breakfast with good quality coffee, teas and good selection of food in a nice room.

The room was clean enough but the rest of the hotel was disgusting filthy. Stairwell missing tiles on the stairs. Elevator disgusting dirty. Hallway carpet very stinking. Wallpaper in our room was peeling off They claim to have indoor/ outdoor pools. No indoor pool and outdoor pool was chained shut Glad it wasn’t very expensive because that was about the only good thing about it

The mold on the ceiling and walls in bathroom was disgusting. Mold also in air conditioner Decor was bad, paint chips door and door frame. Door didn't lock properly. No coffee maker as described. No refund so had to stick it out, wasnt going to lose money. Overall not impressed. Other reviews very misleading!
