Ok so 1st ill start with the staff very friendly and nice. That being said i would never stay here again they charge be 25 bucks a day for are 2 day stay just to park at the hotel. But yet anyone can park in there parking lot for 10 dollars a day so that makes no sense to me. Then we had a jacuzzi king room filled the tube and when we turned on the jets someones hair shoot out. And not just a hair like a lot of hair to where i drain the tube. And lastly on the morning of are check out we woke up to are ceiling wet and drippin i called the desk and they sent up maintenance. He walked in the room and said "yup looks wet" and walked out. Never coming back or said anything to us.

Pros: Good location. Cons: I was given a room at the 7/F. The room smells cigarette and no access to get fresh air so I have to leave the bathroom exhaust on all night long. Have to go out to get food. Parking is not free and expensive, the staff will not tell you that there is a cheaper parking space just beside the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Elevators were slow and in demand. A bus load of people overwhelming the elevators and loby. Parking was $25 plus tax round it up to $30. No breakfast available even if you wanted to pay. Response was to both welcome to Niagara falls. :(
