zentrale Lage, perfekt……

Das Apartment ist klein aber fein. Im 6. Stock mit Balkon. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sauber. Alles schön renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um Essen zu gehen, der Strand quasi vor der Haustür, Supermarkt ebenfalls und Bahnhof 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige was uns etwas überraschte, es wurden 450,-€ Kaution in bar bei Einzug fällig. Für uns nicht aus der Anzeige noch aus den Bedingungen bei FEWO ersichtlich. Natürlich war es kein Problem, wir haben alles auch nach Schlüsselübergabe wieder zurück bekommen. Aber vielleicht sollte man es dennoch in der Anzeige vermerken, sodass man als Mieter Bescheid weiß. Gerne aber 4 Sterne plus +
