I agree with everything all the other reviews have mentioned. This is a special place, with beautifully curated artwork, furnishings, kitchenware, lovely linens and one of the best showers ever. Patricia (and François) is such a lovely, warm person whom I immediately liked and only wished my French were better!Tourettes has some of the nicest restaurants I’ve ever found in a small village (Spelt, Chez Clovis, Chez L’Ami Paul & La Cave de Tourettes) and I had fantastic meals here). My only caveat would be to note that there are a lot of steps to manage from the Village Square down to the apartment; easy going down, but harder going up if you have any exercise intolerance. I do, but I still managed and it was so worth it.If you can afford it, the La Liberation parking lot in the village square is the best place to park reasonably close to the Medieval Village where the apartment is. But you do have to park your vehicle at the (further away but walkable) La Madeleine parking lot at the entrance to the Village on Tuesday nights as the lot is closed on Wednesday morning/early afternoon for the Farmer’s Market. Had a truly memorable visit and would not hesitate to return.
