Joannic was a good host. The apartment was in a lovely location, close proximity to shops and train station. The views from the apartment are stunning.

Great view and location

Joannic is very welcoming. There is a great outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful view. Location is perfect as it is close to the bus, train, Super U grocery store and restaurants. The unit is very functional with a well stocked kitchen. There is AC throughout the unit and a washer/dryer.

Fanastic sea views

Spacious apartment, in a well lit road, in a good location with absolutely stunning views. Easy access to shops, train station, Cap Ferrat and beaches. Joannic was an excellent host. We experienced a minor issue with the plumbing but Joannic sorted the problem out immediately. Overall we had a lovely stay in a lovely apartment. We are looking to go again next year.

Appartement avec vue

Nous voulions une vue sur la mer et, depuis deux balcons, nous avons vu la mer en panoramique. Appartement près de la gare, très utile pour emprunter le TER qui suit la côte. Appartement près des commerces. Résidence bien tenue. Et Beaulieu-sur-Mer a échappé au bétonnage de la côte.
