The spacious 28 m² living room opens onto a sunny balcony facing Rue Bonaparte, where you can enjoy breakfast while soaking in the lively atmosphere of this picturesque street. For a restful night, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed (160×200 cm) in the living area and a double bed (140×200 cm) in the bedroom.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machines, and a small electric oven.
The bedroom (11 m²) features a north-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard, a double bed (140×200 cm), and a spacious wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom (5 m²) includes a large Italian-style shower and WC.

While the apartment doesn’t include private parking, free street parking is available nearby, particularly on Corniche André de Joly, just 100 meters away.
