We offer a studio of 19m ² on the 1st floor of the Ducal building, near the reception. You quickly access the port, its shops and restaurants from the studio and the first beaches.
10 minutes away is Villeneuve-Loubet Plage station and 7 minutes Loubet-Marina bus stop, allowing you to visit Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Antibes ect

Sleeping: 1 double foldaway bed + 1 sofa bed rapido 1 place.
Possibility of bed loan umbrella subject to availability
You can stay there for 3 people + a baby.

Free parking on the port and around the residence + paying DIGUE (possibility of a daily fee at 10 euros)
