The apartment is located in Rue de France, a few meters from the beaches, the pedestrian area of Nice and the city centre.
It was recently renovated and consists of an open kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a terrace.
Modern and bright, the apartment is on the 5th floor of a building. The terrace overlooks the inner courtyard (no noise) and has a southern / western exposure offering a bright sun for a pleasant meals out on the terrace.
The district:
It is a very lively district in the heart of Nice and it’s very centrally located with its pedestrian streets where you will have time to walk for shopping or restaurants.
This is a very prestigious area in Nice because of its location only a few minutes from the beach, the best restaurants and clothing stores. In addition, all transportation are nearby: bus, tram, taxi, blue bicycles, roller skates, skateboard, scooter and electric cars rental.
Available nearby: 2 large daily open supermarkets (Carrefour and Super U), an organic food store, bakeries, pharmacies....

Transportations:
- Bus number 98 from the airport (30 minutes). Stop: \"Promenade / Gambetta\" then about 1 minute walk to the apartment.
- By taxi: 30 minutes. I can arrange a transfer for you for 35 euro.
- From Nice central train station: 15 minutes’ walk.
