Lovely apartment with seaview from balcony

This nice and bright apartment, 67 m2, has recently been largely renovated and is personally and pleasantly furnished. It has a large balcony with a table, chairs, and armchairs, and an even larger roof terrace upstairs where there are sun loungers and tables/chairs. Both have a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is located 150 m from the sea and the beach in Saint-Laurent-du-Var. Nearby there are several restaurants, bakery, and a smaller grocery stores. 5 minutes to the airport.

The living room is spacious with space for a sofa group and a dining area for 6 people. The living room also has AC and TV. From the living room, there is a door directly onto the balcony.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could need, such as a dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker filter, kitchenware, and glass/crockery.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has AC and there is a direct exit to the balcony. The bed is brand new with a comfortable mattress, 160 x 200 cm. A large wardrobe and TV are also in the bedroom.
.The smaller bedroom has 2 new beds of 80 x200 cm. Adjacent to this bedroom there is a small newly renovated shower room with a sink. A wardrobe is also available.
There is a large shower room which is fresh and bright with a spacious shower, sink, and washing machine.

Lovely flat with a great location very close to the beach and harbour. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. The apartment has all of the practical features you might need. Terraces are a really welcome feature. Very safe and quiet area. Very clean inside and comfortable to stay in. Shops a little too far away for quick, easy shopping but one could take an Uber! Lots of restaurants nearby to suit every taste.Very close to Nice airport which makes it convenient to access.All in all very nice and an easy recommendation.Thankyou to Malin and Jonas x

A Perfect Stay!We had the most wonderful stay at Malin & Jona’s Vrbo! The apartment was exactly as described.clean and well-maintained. You could tell that the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a comfortable and clutter free atmosphere.The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants and public transportations. I also really appreciated how responsive and helpful Malin was, she sent me a list of nice restaurants in the surrounding areas I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough! I give it 5 stars!!

Beautiful Apartment with a View

We stayed for 5 nights in October. The apartment is very much as listed. There is everything you need to have a lovely holiday by the sea. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. We were only on the rooftop patio once as we were touring most of the time but it would be lovely to have time to relax there. I do need to mention that the staircase might be hard to manage for some, especially after a glass or two of lovely French wine! We did find that the area is more for a beach vacation and groups that prefer to eat in. The restaurants close by tend to cater more to the afternoon vacationers. This may be different in the summer months but at this time of year we found that we needed to drive to find restaurants with quality food. I would highly recommend this apartment for a long summer stay as it has everything you need to make you feel at home! For a short touring vacation this may not be the perfect spot.

Wonderful Sea view Apartment

We loved everything about this apartment. The owners have thought of every detail and amenity you could need. The place was clean, updated beautifully and very spacious. The roof deck was the icing on the cake, we enjoyed coffee up there every morning and a glass of wine every evening. The beach access was close and there are Pony and Lime bikes to rent on the promenade which makes getting to Nice or Cagnes a breeze. Loved being so close to all of the restaurants at the pier. We highly recommend staying here and if we find ourselves back in the area we will look to book this place again!

Immaculate property & hosts

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Malin and Jonas were the most gracious and welcoming hosts who went the extra mile in collecting us when our taxi dropped us at the wrong address. And if that wasn't enough, this property delivers on every level. It's well thought out with beautiful decor, incredible level of detail and cleanliness and every facility you could want in a home away from home. Not to mention the perfect location close by the promenade, great restaurants and the right transport links. If you want to feel truly spoilt this has it all. We will be back. Spacious, clean, comfortable and fully equipped VRBO located in the outskirts of NICE. Two patios, (one was a private rooftop), with beautiful views. Approximately an 10 minute walk to bus system. Lovely hosts.

Wonderful Stay!

My family of four stayed at this beautiful apartment in Saint Laurent du-Var, hosted by Malin and her husband, Jonas. The property is located a short drive from Nice city center and a short walk away from the beach and a ton of seaside restaurants. Perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was immaculate with every detail thought of - from the kitchen amenities to the binder full of instructions and guides. Malin was wonderful and pleasant. She was very helpful and accomodating. You can tell she takes a lot a pride as a host, which is often missing from less engaged property hosts. Ironically, the pictures don't do this property justice; the spacious balcony that leads to the private rooftop terrace via a spiral staircase (and offering a nice sea view) was a great surprise. In summary: Fantastic apartment! Wonderful hosts! Great location! 10/10 Experience!

Wouldn’t hesitate to use the apartment again.

Well equipt, Mallin and her husband really looked after us. Even when we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out on the balcony lol she dropped everything and came to our rescue. Location was fab and the longest we waited for an uber was 4 minutes. We tried to book in again on our return to Nice but the apartment was already booked a big error on our part. You can book this apartment with confidence.

Our wonderful stay at Nice

Thank you Malin and Jonas, the lovely couple that are hosts to their lovely home in Nice. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the balcony, rooftop are the areas to relax. The kitchen has ample sunlight in the morning and there are just positive vibes in this home. It’s very secure and the couple takes effort to hand over the keys and give suggestions on things to do. I really appreciate their personal touch and care in making sure that the guests are welcome. It is wonderfully located near the beach with many eateries within few feet of the house. Thank you for the beautiful experience in hospitality. It’s surely made our trip memorable.
