Carefully renovated, this apartment offers a pleasant base to explore the splendour and glamour of the French Riviera.
FLOOR/BUILDING
On the 2nd floor of a typical Nice building without a lift. There are only 40 steps to reach the apartment.
DISTRICT
From this apartment, absolutely everything is within your reach. The Cours Saleya and its daily market, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais, restaurants and the great diversity of bars, the Castle Hill and museums. The Port is also just a few minutes from your apartment. Our reception is 100 metres from here. Several bus and tram lines are easily accessible.
STAY
The comfortable and cosy living room is perfect for relaxing in front of a good film on the large sofa, or enjoying a meal around the big table. This room carefully designed in soft tones offers a sense of well-being, bright thanks to its two large windows. This room is equipped with a television

The kitchen is separated from the living room. Well-equipped, it has a four-ring hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:
