This beautifully and fully renovated modern 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium is located in the heart of the Cote D’Azur, in the city of Villeneuve Loubet. The location is minutes away from Antibes and minutes away from the Nice International Airport. This condo is located in a secure gated building, better known as the Marina Baie Des Anges. The condo offers 180 degree views of the magnificent Mediterranean along with views of yachts, sailboats and city lights of the Promenade Des Anglais, and to the North, you will have views of the countryside and the mountains.
The condo is located on the seventh floor and is a corner unit with a massive terrace offering a wide open view of the Mediterranean Sea. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four people. The couch in the living room is a pull out that sleeps two adults. Sit in the jaccuzzi or relax in the sun on this massive corner terrace, while enjoying your incredible view of the azure and sapphire waters of the Mediterranean. The condo is luxuriously furnished and you will
feel right at home with all accessories available to make your stay
