Apartment is ideally located in Nice. The balcony was brilliant to have and not overshadowed by properties opposite. More attention could be paid to cleanliness - used coffee pods left in machine and old stains on sheets on arrival was disappointing to experience.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the Tram station, groceries, restaurants and the beach. The space is small but very functional and had everything we needed.

Lovely apartment within easy access of everything in Nice. Nice balcony for 2 which has the sun from 7.30 till approx 15.30. Spacious and all appliances if you need to cook food or store drinks etc. No hesitation to stay here again if possible. Excellent!

Small but nice appartment in good neighbourhoods. Nice balcony but a bit small. The entrance and the staircase up to the second floor is a bit dark, worn down and with a unpleasant smell. Next time we will try to rent something on Rue de France with intention to come a little nearer to the sea and a little nearer the town centre. We give it 3,5 points of maximum 5.
