F1 27m2 duplex with independent entrance. Sunny apartment and very pleasant to live in. With view on private garden with trees. Located in a quiet area, but close to shops and public transport.
Bedroom and bathroom on the mezzanine. Separate WC. Living room and kitchen renovated in 2018.
Ideal couple.
Free parking on the street.
No smoking compulsory, Pets not allowed. Obligatory cleaning on departure, otherwise 50 € of fees to pay in addition.
NICE is a seaside town, close to the Italian border, where life is good. Enjoying a pleasant climate all year round, you can enjoy the seaside or stroll in the hinterland of Nice.
