The location is probably the only thing good about this property and perhaps the breakfast. The AC in my room was not working and no body seemed to care after repeated requests. I could not sleep first night due to hot temperatures in the room. After no response I had to get them to change me room. I think the hotel Staff need some training in how to be courteous and polite with guests. Most staff were borderline rude except Katelina who was very sweet.

Really helped us out of a jam

Made a reservation at the last minute after flight deviated to Nice and they were ready for us when we arrived. The restaurant has a small but yummy menu. It would have been nice to get some indication that the hotel was only one stop away from the airport and that the tram was free! We paid a taxi

It was an amazing stay! Delicious breakfast made with organic products and 24/7 coffee & snacks available. The hotel is new and kept well. Welcoming staff. 20 out of 10. If I come to Nice again, I’ll book it without hesitation. P.S. I was worried about the noise due to the proximity to the airport, but it was nonexistent.

Have to carry luggage up stairs and elevator to get to check in. Little to no parking. Check in was fine but room very uncomfortable due to air conditioning not working properly. It was too hot to sleep comfortably on night before flight. Club room in morning was left a mess from night before.
