Totally inadequate

You walk into the room and it looks like something out of IKEA. Very Scandinavia vibe. The room with the toilet was so small you could hardly get into use it. Rips in the pillow cases hand sanitizers didn’t work. The filtered water machine ran out of water. I reported it to the front desk and they never got more water which made me have to go up several floors to get water Outside deck was always full of dirty dishes every time we went out The one saving grace was that the bed was comfortable. When I tried to check out in the morning early there was no one around. When I found someone he was too busy setting up the breakfast to check us out Over all we were not happy and I would not recommend this hotel

Excellent in every way. Staff are amazing, room is clean and comfortable and the food is good with a lovely area to sit and have coffee and a snack all day. When I left my phone, they sent it to my home address. Outstanding service.

OKKO is a nice hotel. There is a mall about two miles away from it. There is a train station, tram and bus all within five minutes. I stayed for 5 days. The only thing I disliked was the location it was my first time in nice and I should have done more research. I preferred being closer to downtown. Also I didn’t like that there wasn’t a nearby grocery store or laundry.

Property and staff were excellent. 20 minutes tram ride. Cheap and easy way to get to promenade and restaurants. Only thing lacking was smart TV. But didn't spend much time in room, so not big problem. Great free snacks and 24 hour coffee and tee.

We oftenbstay overnight before a flight and Okko was a perfect choice. It is an easy walk to Nice Terminal 1 and a slightly longer walk to Terminal 2, or you can hop on the tram, which stops just down the atreet. There are Le bikes outside for a ride along the Promenade to see the beach or go into Nice for dinner. Staff friendky and rooms clean and well furnished.

All rooms in this hotel have one bed, beware. Otherwise, the location is great, very close to the train/tram station. I liked that they had water stations to refill our bottles. The shower and water pressure were great.
