Located on the 5th floor of a historic building, the property enjoys a sunny terrace with a pretty view of the mountains. The perfect spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon of sunbathing or a cool aperitif at the end of the day.

The bright, air-conditioned interior is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flatscreen HDTV, and a dining table for two. This open-plan space also incorporates a modern kitchen fully equipped with; a coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

The property is located in the lively Paganini neighbourhood. The ideal base for exploring Nice\'s cultural and coastal highlights. There are several restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket a 2-minute walk away. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market within the maze of colourful buildings, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants of the Old Town. This market is especially popular for its fresh flowers, produce, and local delicacies.

Plage de Carras, the popular Promenade des Anglaise and the iconic Place Masséna (between the Old Town (Vieux Nice) & Avenue Jean Médecin) are all a 10-minute walk away. For culture visitors can head to Musée Matisse (an 8-minute drive), the Marc Chagall National Museum (a 6-minute drive) and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), which is a 5-minute drive/20-minute walk.
