I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and this definitely met my expectations. The management agency was very communicative - sent detailed instructions for check-in, including google locations, pics and videos with very clear and helpful instructions. And, they were very responsive when I texted issues I found on pre-checkin. upon arriving in the apartment, the place was relatively clean with only a couple of small hiccups like a couple of dead gnats on the countertop by the fridge (which my not be unexpected given it is a beach town and there were gnats outside) and the trash wasn’t emptied in the bathroom, which was discovered upon the pre-checkin inspection (which you have to complete. This is helpful and great). Once i told them of the issues, a person came immediately the next day to clean out the trash and explained how the washer/dryer worked.Regarding view, the apartment had a beautiful view of the mediterranean, which was exactly what you saw on VRBO. the apartment was spacious and everything worked properly. There were enough towels 2 sets per person!!!They have you a checkout inspection which is also good, not only to make sure everything is okay, but for me, it also allowed me to make sure I hadn’t forgotten anything!!!A good thing as well is the leasing agency managing the property is right next door, so if there’s any issues they are right there! Unlike other VRBO’s managed by companies that do everything through online portal and very hard to reach a person
