Fantastic trip to Nice and the stay here was great! The balcony was awesome to sit on in the evening. Beach was right across the street - my husband and I went over there for a few hours most afternoons with drinks and snacks. I did not realize we had to meet the host to receive the keys so check in was a little confusing, but great other than that!

Amazing views

Amazing views. Across the street with direct views of the ocean. Has washer, updated decor, elevator, quiet area, tram was less than one block away, grocery store and restaurants all on the same block as apartment. Philippe was the best host-friendly, communicated, gave us advice, and would stay here again.

Un studio bien situé pour toutes commodités, magasins d'alimentation et les transports publics. Le studio est très bien équipé et très propre. Super contact avec le hôte et avec la personne chargée de l'accueil.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Die Wohnung liegt an der Anglaise mit Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt, Bäcker und andere Geschäfte direkt um die Ecke. Wohnung neu renoviert das Bad neu,Küchenzeile alles da… Für zwei Personen ideal. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen,auch durch Anbindung mit Bus und Tram. Mit freundlichen Gruß
