Our Nice Stay: Great Location, Minor GripesOur recent 5-day vacation in Nice presented a blend of delightful advantages and a few areas for improvement.The GoodThe location was outstanding. We were just five minutes from the beach and stepped right into a car-free area with bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive, and the air conditioning worked well in every room. Having a designated parking spot in a garage, a two-minute walk away, was a huge plus. We truly couldn't have asked for a better spot.The Not-So-GoodThe apartment didn't quite match the pictures. For the price, we expected a better overall finish quality. The mattresses weren't very comfortable, and the towels felt thin and worn, while the linens weren't the best. Also, the entrance isn't as pictured; you access it via a back fire escape door. This didn't bother us or affect our decision, but it's worth noting.ConclusionWe adjusted our expectations for the apartment's finishes and capitalized on the fantastic location and parking. These positives significantly enhanced our Nice vacation.

Toll und vorallem sehr ruhige Wohnung in Strandnähe!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage ist perfekt und da die Wohnung in einem Innenhof liegt, super ruhig, trotz Restaurants. Zu Fuß zum Strand sind es 3min. Für den Ironman Triathlon die perfekte Wohnung. Alles wichtige in der Nähe.Die Kommunikation mit Aymeric war super. Er hat immer geantwortet und war für uns da.Bei Ankunft waren die Betten bezogen und Handtücher lagen bereit.Super!Das einzige "kleine" Problem ist der Weg zur Wohnung. Man geht in den Hausflur und muss dann unter der Haupttreppe eine sehr kleine Tür nehmen um in den Hinterhof zu gelangen. Von dort geht man eine sehr steile und schmale Treppe hoch zur Wohnung. Das sollte man wissen.Aber trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir nach Nizza fahren.
