Beautiful Views

The location was spectacular, close to all the bike rides we wanted to do and a short drive to many other amazing locations. The property was just as pictured and the host was responsive to our inquiries. A few things travellers should know before booking: 1. Pool was inviting and clean and lounging around it very pleasant. 2. There are many mosquitos on the property that made sitting out challenging at times, though the owner did provide some coils and citronella. 3. The main sleeping area was in a type of alcove that could be challenging for people who wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in enclosed spaces. To get up to the space, the stairs are very steep. 4. There are two air conditioners in the unit that provide a cool environment for all sleeping spaces.

Stayed here for 4 nights great place if u want anyway from the noise and chaos of nice The house is well presented perfectly clean and Christine takes time to patiently go thru the working of the home with you We had one small issue with the shower which was fixed immediately no Hassel We enjoyed our stay very much and the hosts were loverly but as it says on the Website u deff need a car Property highly recommend

Idealer Familienurlaub

Wunderschönes sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in toller Lage und mit herrlichem Pool sowie vielen Extras in direkter Nachbarschaft zu den sehr netten EigentĂŒmer. Unsere kleinen Anliegen wurden immer sofort geklĂ€rt und man hat sich rundum gut betreut gefĂŒhlt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wĂŒrden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Grande piscine, beau jardin et charmant appartement.

L’appartement est agrĂ©able avec sa terrasse qui donne directement dans le jardin et la piscine, au calme. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques, ils nous ont donnĂ© beaucoup de conseils de visites et restaurants. Tous les commerces sont proches, la mer et les petits villages de l’arriĂšre-pays aussi. Bref, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour !

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Pool war sehr schön und konnte auch schon im Mai benutzt werden, das große Schlafzimmer im Schiffsdesign mit Whirlpool ist sicherlich neben dem Außen-Pool die Hauptattraktion, es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der NĂ€he (La Gaude). Der Ort ist zentral gelegen (NĂ€he Nizza) mit der Möglichkeit TagesausflĂŒge an die schönsten Ausflugsziele an der Cote d'Azure zu unternehmen.

Notre expérience à la villa Magalie

Nous avons passĂ© de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison tout confort. Un grand merci aux propriĂ©taires, ainsi que leur fils et leur belle fille pour leur gentillesse. Un vrai plaisir. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien et tout s’est vraiment bien passĂ©. La propriĂ©tĂ© est bien clĂŽturĂ©e; mĂȘme notre chienne pourtant fugueuse n’a pas rĂ©ussi Ă  s’échapper.

Les propriétaires sont trÚs disponibles, gentils et agréables. La location est calme, paisible et la piscine magnifique. Il est situé à un emplacement trÚs pratique. Mangifique séjour sur "La cÎte"

La villa est bien situĂ©e pour rayonner sur la cĂŽte d’azur, le quartier est tranquille, calme, parfait pour se reposer et en mĂȘme temps proche des dĂ©parts de balades, comme la petite montagne du Baou, qui offre une vue magnifique. L’appartement et le jardin sont bien entretenus, trĂšs belle piscine, l’ensemble est confortable, clean, pas un bruit, nous nous sommes bien dĂ©tendus, sĂ©jour super agrĂ©able, nous reviendrons.

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme, la tranquillitĂ© des lieux, le charmant jardin et la piscine. L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Nous Ă©tions en tĂ©lĂ©travail, pas de dĂ©rangement de bruits ou autres c’est important pour nous, ainsi qu’une bonne connexion Wi-Fi. La cuisine d’étĂ© est trĂšs pratique, avec le barbecue weber que nous avons aussi chez nous. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour et Ă  noter : la villa est situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel, il y a peu de transport en commun, donc il vaut mieux avoir une voiture ou une moto.

- Piscine non chauffĂ©e contrairement aux indications (tapis chauffant??). FermĂ©e complĂštement a partir du mercredi. Location jusqu'au samedi. - Seche serviettes ne fonctionnant pas dans la salle de bain. Aucun chauffage. - Free box se coupant sans arrĂȘt. Difficile de regarder la tĂ©lĂ©. - Pas d insonorisation a l Ă©tage. Du bruit tard dans la nuit et tĂŽt le matin. - Portail non entretenu, difficile a ouvrir. - Pas de table de ping pong. - MĂ©nage a faire et lits a demonter alors qu on paie des frais de nettoyage. - Grill barbecue inutilisable tellement il Ă©tait sale! - Portail extĂ©rieur laissĂ© ouvert par les propriĂ©taires alors que l on nous dit que l on peut laisser notre petit chien se balader en sĂ©curitĂ©. - Porte d entrĂ©e de la maison trĂšs difficile a fermer a clĂ©, surtout de l intĂ©rieur. Toutefois, Monsieur Maurel, trĂšs sympathique, nous a donnĂ© beaucoup de conseils pour les visites. Mais cette location ne correspond pas du tout a ce que l on attendait. Nous sommes habituĂ©s a beaucoup mieux sur Abritel d habitude !

Fotos und RealitĂ€t stimmen ĂŒberein, es wurde alles schon gesagt! Außer....

hingerissen von den Bildern, die die RealitĂ€t tatsĂ€chlich widerspiegeln, wurde ich oft gefragt, ob man auch fußlĂ€ufig sowohl die "Stadt" als auch den Strand erreichen kann. Doch dem ist nicht so (was ich persönlich nicht schlecht finde). Das Haus befindet sich in den Bergen, man braucht definitiv fĂŒr den nahegelegenen Supermarkt, auch aus SicherheitsgrĂŒnden ein Auto. StrĂ€nde sind ca. 20 Minuten oder weiter entfernt. Die kleinen Bergdörfer sind alle sehenswert und laden zum Spazieren in eine gefĂŒhlt andere Welt ein. Die Unterkunft als solche ist exakt wie beschrieben. Das Ehepaar wohnt in der anderen DoppelhaushĂ€lfte, was man so auf den Bildern nicht sieht. UrsprĂŒnglich war es ein einzelnes Haus, dass nach dem Auszug der Kinder in 2 Teile geteilt wurde. Man kommt sich allerdings nicht in die Quere, die EingĂ€nge liegen auf unterschiedlichen Seiten des "Doppelhauses", die Vermieter respektieren außerdem die PrivatsphĂ€re und besuchen einen nicht Grundlos. Wenn es ein Problem gibt, kĂŒmmern sie sich zĂŒgig um eine entsprechende Lösung. Internet ist vorhanden, funktioniert allerdings ĂŒberwiegend in der Unterkunft, Richtung Pool nimmt es stark ab. FĂŒr Hunde super, Khira konnte nicht nur im umzĂ€unten Garten toben sondern ebenfalls die Umgebung erkunden. Alles in Allem: Ein super GlĂŒckstreffer, den ich da gemacht habe. Kann ich ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.! Immer wieder gerne!

Bon séjour, 1er étage du logement asser original, la déco est trÚs sympa. concernant l'extérieur la cuisine d'été attenante à la piscine est trÚs pratique. Le barbecue électrique est au top ! (véhicule indispensable pour les déplacements)

Toller Außenpool

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Magalie verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nach unseren Entdeckungsfahrten in der Region haben wir am spĂ€ten Nachmittag die AbkĂŒhlung am tollen Außenpool genossen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist sehr schön.

TrÚs bel appartement collé à celle du propriétaire. Philippe et Christine sont trÚs sympathique et trÚs discret tout en étant disponible si besoin . Jolie jardin avec de beaux Oliviers, piscine trÚs agréable. Proche de belles randos, de villages ou de villes.
