The house
- The house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor: living room-kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom.
- Upstairs, living room, office, 2 bedrooms, one with mezzanine (kids bedroom) and a bathroom (shower & toilet).
- Furnished outdoor terrace, 50m² of greenhouse made of glass and wood/loggia overlooking the garden / forest. Access to the 100 m² garden.
- Permaculture summer vegetable garden available.
- Unobstructed view of nature, no construction, nor opposite.
- public car park (2 min walk from the house)

The district is that of "Basse Gaude", near the village square and the cinema. There are all amenities on foot (mini markets, grocery store, bar-restaurant, tobacco) within walking distance.
