Communication was excellent! Nancy was very easy to work with and very quick to respond. The place on the inside was absolutely darling! Very neat and clean as well as updated. There were no issues with the room, but there were a few things I wish I would have understood better. For example, there is no thermostat that you can control for the room. Nancy was great to confirm the temp was good for us and there is a ceiling fan, just thought it was a little odd that we could not control temp ourselves. It does have a small fridge and microwave that are in the closet. The room is actually very small - smaller than a hotel room. Not a real issue for us - we just stayed one night, but I wish other reviewers would have mentioned that. The driveway was covered in leaves which made the home look a little unkept. The back deck was greatly weathered (understandable since it is directly on the water) but some of it seemed a bit of a hazard with nails sticking up and rough wood on the balcony. You enter the room through a side gate and up a small set of stairs then enter through a sliding glass door. The home itself sits directly on the road with a short driveway. I still give this a good overall rating, as I understand Nancy is working on remodeling the entire home. There is a separate room on the opposite side of the house with its own entrance. Parking on the driveway would be tight for 2 cars.
