Really enjoyed this property. Very calm position on private beach. Food options were great. Great beach bar staff. Only problem was that our room was not cleaned (Friday) till after 7pm, even then after 3 requests. I think the cleaning staff was very overworked with people coming in for the weekend so we had them clean only the bathroom.

We arrived very late but slept well because the room was quite comfortable. The bed, spaciousness, and blackout curtains were very nice to have. I also found the night staff very helpful. We didn't have an adapter, and the person at the front desk unplugged his phone to offer us one to borrow for the night. That was so generous! The next day, we enjoyed the gym, sauna, and pool before leaving. I really appreciated that they provided some sunscreen as well.

I booked in advance so got a great rate which makes me a bit prejudiced, but this was great value for money. One of the best airport hotels I have stayed at. Staff was lovely and the restaurant is great. The pool area is busy on weekends with locals doing day visits.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The major drawback is that the airport shuttle needs 2 hours notice and it takes 30 mins to get a taxi. If you are relying on shuttle service to/from the airport you should be aware of this. Otherwise, convenient and rooms are nice.

It was very comfortable, clean, easy, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent. The free shuttle is helpful, but definitely give yourself more time than you think you'll need, because traffic can be very slow getting to/from the airport.

This hotel is amazing! Shuttle service was great. They waited for us at the airport despite being delayed by customs for almost 50 min. You do have to email them in advance to set it up though but they also answer what's app phones if you can't make local calls from your foreign cellphone. Room is spacious and clean. The pillows could have been a little better (they were too soft and thin) but that didn't take away from how great this hotel is. Staff is very kind. The breakfast is bufet style and they use very high quality ingredients. Everything tasted so good and there was a lot of variety. And the best thing : it was included in the price. They have a sauna that you can use free of charge as well. Overall a great hotel.

Had to get a taxi despite booking a shuttle from the airport. Water was not even warm to take a shower the next morning, sauna was locked up, pillows were shocking. Am amazing looking hotel that fails on all the basics.
