Séjour qui ne vaut pas du tout une expérience dans un 4 étoiles : pas de prises à côté du lit, chauffage faisant un bruit monstre (et qui m’a réveillé toutes les h), mini-bar très restreint et femme de ménage qui rentre sans frapper à la porte vers 9h30 du matin. Honteux et ne reviendrai plus jamais.

The biggest issue is that the room door fails to close properly, and you must park at a private lot 200 meters from the hotel without valet service. The hotel is on a very tight alley, making it impossible to pulling your car a moment; you must carry your luggage 200 meters from the private parking lot.

Hotel very clean. Reception were all extremely helpful and friendly. Parking a bit far, but considering the location of the hotel, it is understandable. Could walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions. Train station about a 20 minute walk so able to do day trips from here pretty easily.

Hôtel extraordinaire et très agréable

Il ne s'agit pas de notre premier séjour. L'hôtel est très propre et le cadre est vraiment extraordinaire. Le personnel est très agréable et la qualité des chambres est au top. De plus, du fait de l'ancienneté du bâtiment, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées.

We were nervous from the street, but blown away when we stepped inside! Definitely recommend - clean, spacious, good breakfast, excellent nearby restaurants! Parking a bit far, but doable.
