-The room has an old bathroom and smelly carpet and kemonas, the room quality is not the same as Shawn in the website, I did not enjoy my stay in the room -The location of the hotle is 30 min walk from the bus station, in a steep uphill with no light, empty of people, I felt in the middle of no where, I arrived at 5pm at the bus station, it was dark with no single light and I felt by myself, not mentioned in the website, the hotle should provide shuttle bus service from the bus station to the hotle at the time of booking, I called the hotle and they sent me a shuttle bus, I did not have a roaming plan and I did not expect that -The hot spring closes for 1h per day 10-11am -Scheduled Shuttle bus were provided in the morning from the hotle to the bus station The view from the hotle is nice looking at the gulf course -Traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner was included

We loved the Japanese tradition of this hotel. The location was beautiful and beside a golf course. The onsen was stunning. The location was a bit tricky but busing and tacos are options to head into Gora for restaurants.

The service is definitely 5 stars! They know hospitality!! The food was good. Got the breakfast and dinner and this is the traditional kind of food. It was delicious. It is a bit far from the lake but there is a shuttle service and a bus that can take you to the lake. It takes about 20 to 30 mins with the shuttle and the wait for the bus. The Onsen was enjoyable, the traditional way of sleeping on the floor was also good, the room got a little warm as the AC did not get any cooler than it is set to and this is during the summer. The night was cool when we were there so we opened the windows and it was fine. It was rainy when we were there but we truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff made us feel comfortable! The hotel grounds are beautiful!!

This hotel is one of the best places my family have ever stayed. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. My both thumbs up for the onsite meals. The open air hot springs are well maintained. Our room was also very clean. We would definitely like to visit the hotel again in future.

Loved this hotel. It’s so pretty and staff are very nice. The only downside is when using Google map , it will tell you to get off one stop early. If you get off the next stop, they do have a phone booth there to call hotel, it’s 10yuan to make the call. I didn’t know, so I Walked 30 minutes uphill to get to the hotel. The walk was bad with my suitcase, but the views are good, so I guess it’s worth it in the end. Remember to order dinner and breakfast. Local restaurants close very early like 5 pm, there won’t be any food nearby. Mountain Views are spectacular, I even see 2 deers. Loved it! 10 star stay.

The onsen experience was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff services. We like everything about the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk uphill from the bus stop to the hotel. While the hotel offered shuttle pick up from the bus stop, this information was not made known to us. We wish we knew to call the hotel to pick us up. Dragging our large luggages up the hill for 30 minutes was quite a challenge.
