The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. Also love the public onsen and easy access to the ski trails. The only thing to complain is the limited selection of food and grocery supplies near the hotel (no convenience stores and lack of dinner choices except hotel restaurant which is just average or 30 minutes drive to Otaru city). But overall still a good bargain at low season. Not sure about prices in high ski season though.

9月に利用しました。 初めての北海道でしたが、このホテルに泊まれて良かったです。 朝里ICからぐねぐねした山道を登ったり下ったりしなければいけませんし、帰りが夜遅く(と言っても20時頃)になると霧が発生して運転がとても怖かったです。 だけど、たどり着けば都。 とても快適な空間です。ロビーは緑が見え、解放感があり、素敵な暖炉があります。 部屋も広くキッチン・洗濯機があるので別荘に来た感覚でリラックスできます。 ２ベッドルームにしたので、シャワーもトイレも２つあるのがよかったです。 寝る時はパジャマではなく、浴衣でした。寒かったので持ってきた洋服を着て寝ました。 イベントも豊富で夜はBBQを予約しました。あいにくの雨で室内になってしまいましたが、北海道で採れた食材をいただけたのは良かったです。自ら焼くのではなく、焼いたものを持ってきてくださるので洋服に匂いがつかないのもよかったです。 モーニングウォークを宿泊前に予約していたのですが、チェックインの際に、担当者が海外に行ってしまったので出来ないと言われました。ホテル内で話が伝わってなかったようです。ホテル周辺の探索ができると楽しみにショックでした。自分たちで行くには熊が出る恐れもあるので危険だと言われ、諦めました。 2泊したのでプライベート温泉が無料で楽しめたのはよかったです。すごくおしゃれで周りの目を気にすることなくゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。 朝食も豊富で、どれにするか迷うほど。どれも量が多く食べきれない人ももしかしたらいるかもしれません。私は朝から黒毛和牛ステーキをいただきました(笑)2日目はカレーにしました。カレーがあるのはインド人シェフだからだそうです。おいしかったです。 スタッフとサービスの★を３つにしたのは、当たり前にできるであろう「挨拶」がなかったのと、「おもてなし」という感じではなく、ただ「サービス(宿・食事)を提供している」という感じがしたからです。 冬季は連泊の宿泊客が多い宿で、私たちは2泊しかしていないからなのかもしれませんが、人の温かみを感じることができませんでした。 過度なサービスをしてほしいわけではありません。挨拶は最低限した方がいいのではないかなと思います。2日目もフロントにいたスタッフ(40代くらいの女性)の方はこちらを見ることもなく挨拶していただける気配がなかったのでこちらから「おはようございます」と声をかけました。 外資系のホテルですが、もう少し「おもてなし」の心が見えたらさらに良いホテルになるなぁと思いました。 とても素敵な空間です。非日常を味わえるのでとてもリラックスできると思います。また利用させていただきます。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

Good: great living and dining room! great for friends / big family great view, relax environment breakfast fine, with options to choose different meals Bad: housekeeping at evening time, we found it very embarass to let workers in when we finish whole day ski outside public onsen changing room with large piece of transparent glass able to see through hotel main entrance, the blinds are there but you cannot figure how it could work no dining option, there is only 1 restaurant and price not cheap, fair food quality vending machine offers limited variety of drinks / food. No beers / alcoholic drinks

コンドミニアム形式なので大型冷蔵庫や洗濯機まで有り、長期滞在でスキーを楽しむには最適です。ただし近くにコンビニやスーパーマーケットはないので、小樽や余市で車で行って買いこむ必要があります。部屋は広く欧米人仕様なのでベッドも広く快適です。温泉はやや狭いので我々は室内のバスタブを使用しました。お湯もふんだんに出て問題ありません。レストランは、値段は高いですが味は結構良いです。日本人には朝夕共にボリュームもたっぷりでした。

GWにたまたま、外からキッズスペースに気づいた息子に行きたいとせがまれ、飛び込みで宿泊しました。 たまたま日本人スタッフがおり、対応してもらう事ができ、無事宿泊できました。 施設は温泉もあり、部屋は靴を脱いで入れて、きれいで、くつろげます。 レストランはクローズで隣のトリビュートでの朝食対応でした。 トリビュートとは連携を取れるようです。 たまたま日本人スタッフが居たので、滞在自体は問題ありませんでしたが、居なかった場合は宿泊も難しかったと思います。 金額と時期を選ぶと思うが、個人的には大満足の宿泊となりました。 キロロリゾートでステイするなら、YU KIROROにまた泊まりたいですが、価格とのバランスにもよると思います。 キッズスペースは清潔で幼児が遊ぶには最高でしたし、お風呂もそこまで広くはないけど、露天風呂もあり、良かったです。
