Ótima localização.

O lugar é lindo, de frente a praia e por traz tem a lagoa de Arituba. Ótima localização. Optei por pensão completa, uma delícia, muita variedade. A única coisa que não gostei foi que o estacionamento é pago, foi cobrado o valor de 25,00 por noite.

Hotel muito antigo, com muito boa localização

É um hotel antigo e precisa de uma atualização urgente nos quartos. Mas, pelo valor da diária, não tem como esperar algo muito diferente. Se você for para o hotel sabendo disso, terá uma boa estadia. Se for esperando um Resort tipo Serhs, Iberostar, Vila Galé ou até mesmo um Pratagy, vai se frustrar muito. O custo-beneficio é razoável. Custa 1/4 do preço de um bom Resort all-inclusive, mas também oferece 1/4 da qualidade e atrações de um Resort. As refeições são boas, mas se você não pegou o pacote com meia-pensão ou pensão completa, vale mais a pena ir almoçar/jantar fora do hotel. Área da piscina é agradavel, mas a piscina já está com pastilhas soltando e lodo nas pastilhas que estão para fora da água, mostrando a sua idade e a falta de uma manutenção mais cuidadosa. Os quartos são antigos, com cheiro forte de mofo. O ar condicionado desliga quando a porta da varanda está aberta, não tendo como melhorar o cheiro do quarto a não ser com a ventilação natural com a porta do quarto e a da varanda abertas. As atividades infantis e as noturnas são simples, mas agradaram. A localização é excelente. A praia fica a uns 50m em frente ao hotel (com uma rua entre eles), é sem ondas e tem alguns bons restaurantes/barracas próximos. Nos fundos do hotel fica a lagoa de Arituba, que também é muito boa para banho e também tem boa estrutura de barracas/restaurantes. Estacionamento do hotel é pago por fora (R$ 25/dia) assim como as toalhas de piscina (R$ 3 reais/toalha).

Hotel está antigo, checkin complicado. Paga 25 reais por dia pra estacionar, deveria está claro no anúncio de preços . Achei desanimado para casais até 40 anos. Poucos atrativos também para crianças.

Estrutura boa. Quartos limpos e amplos. Jacuzzi muito boa.. tem uma vista muito bonita para a praia e da pra curtir o por do sol de la. Comida muito boa e tem boas atrações para crianças durante todo o dia.

Poderia ter sido bem melhor

A localização é excelente, a estrutura também. Entretanto, está precisando de manutenção. Quando chegamos não há onde parar o carro nem mesmo enquanto realiza o check in. O rapaz do estacionamento nos diz que precisa parar o carro em qualquer lugar para realizar o check in, pagar ANTECIPADAMENTE o estacionamento para somente depois disso ter acesso ao local onde se estaciona os carros. Opções de refeição fracas. No café da manhã no primeiro dia, por exemplo, não tinha iogurte de morango e coco para tapioca. No dia seguinte providenciaram, mas em nenhum dia houve opção de pão de queijo, por exemplo. No jantar não havia nada grelhado, todas as proteínas com molho, dificultando a refeição de crianças. No domingo em nenhum momento ligaram o som da area comum, ainda que vários hospedes tenham feito solicitação. Neste dia (12.01) não houve nenhuma apresentação infantil. E para fechar com chave de ouro, a noite choveu bastante e nosso quarto que era SUPER longe, no último andar (não há elevador) estava cheio de goteiras, acordamos ilhados. Além disso os funcionários não parecem trabalhar satisfeitos, exceto os da recreação que foram mais simpáticos. O clima do local, apesar de tudo é legal. Os shows da sexta e sábado foram excelentes. Mas, analisando tudo, não vale o custo benefício.

Uma boa estadia, mas precisa melhorar bastante.

O hotel é bom, mas precisa melhorar muito para ter um serviço de Resort. Durante nossa hospedagem, a impressão que ficou foi que sempre tinham poucos funcionários. A reposição de comida era muito demorada e muitas vezes acabava o item e ele não era reposto, tivemos que pedir várias vezes para o pessoal da cozinha abastecer o café, a sobremesa, o ovo do café da manhã... Os funcionários estavam sempre muito ocupados e aparentemente não havia alguém para ficar monitorando o abastecimento das comidas no restaurante. A piscina é o ponto alto do hotel, mas a limpeza no entorno não é feita com regularidade, deixando o ambiente sujo (pratos usados, copos e outros). Outro ponto de destaque é a praia em frente ao hotel, o mar é belíssimo e ótimo para banho. No geral, a estrutura e a localização fazem valer a hospedagem.

Já me hospedei em outras ocasiões e gostei bastante, principalmente pelas refeições, era extraordinário, porém agora me decepcionei muito pois não havia diversificação nas refeições, comidas repetidas, sem muitas opções e qualidades. A parte de recreação para as crianças deixou a desejar e apresentação para criança a noite. A nossa agenda feita com vocês, era de 3 adultos e 1 criança de 13 anos, ao chegar no resort no sistema está 3 adulto e 1 bebê e tive que pagar a estadia do mesmo por fora. Espero que na próxima tenha melhorado. Sem mais agradeço
