Compare Hotels with Parking in Nitmiluk

The room we were given had a smell that we couldn’t get rid of. We were told it was the cleaning product used but we have our doubts. We were offered another room but as we were only there a short time, we didn’t want a fuss but this needs to be attended. Our suspicion is that there’s mould somewhere. There was certainly a leak under the bathroom sink.

The room exceeded our expectations. Modern functional design, very new dishware and pants, well thought out setup and had everything one needed as we traveled through. Great shower and water pressure and high quality soaps and shampoos. The only thing I'd ask for is instructions to the induction stove top, that wasn't intuitive to sort out. Very very nice stay.

Staff always helpful and smiling

Obviously, the breakfast buffet doesn’t exist, although it was included in our booking. The general presentation of the premises and our room was less than desirable. The representation of “resort view” was simply the car park. Maybe look elsewhere…

Nice place, very friendly owner/operator

The swimming pool onsite was lovely. The food bar by the pool sells nicely cooked beef brisket dish and the girl on duty was very friendly and helpful. But the cabin itself was very old and clearly was not taken care of properly: - One window had a pair of curtains hung strangely, half was hung inside out. - We had no towels for bathroom - Only 1 fork in the Kitchenette - The bedding sheets were old and rough For the first night, the reception staff left soon after we checked in, so had to wait till next day to raise the issues. The towels did arrive next day in the afternoon, but they were so old and stained.
