Nice ambience. The towels needs changing. Couldn't even touch them. Service is also terrible slow

Enjoyed my stay with great service from the staff. The rooms are nicely updated and designed well. I felt very comfortable. Highly recommended especially if you are coming from abroad.

Great customer service.

I booked this stay for my client during his visit to Asaba due to the beautiful design of the hotel and the services offered. He enjoyed his stay and said he was very comfortable. There were some discrepancies that were listed on the hotels.com booking site that I addressed with the hotel. I spoke to them directly and also received an email about my issues. They were very courteous, professional and responsive with communications. I was assured that the information on Hotels.com concerning the hotel is now 100% correct. My client loved the designs and said the hotel felt brand new and very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue he had was with the menu offered. Unfortunately he wasn't able to dine in because he felt that the menu was quite confusing. But thankfully there were plenty of restaurant options in the area. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a stay in Asaba especially for those that are used to western style comforts, 24/7 light, hot water, and its also really close to the airport with roundtrip transport available. Because I book hotels frequently on Hotels.com I used a credit for a discount on my clients stay but he said it is very well worth the starting price for the quality of the hotel

My checking experience was horrible. The AC units were faulty, I had to be moved 4 times before getting a good working AC unit after 8hrs. Furthermore the food was quite poor.The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, except the IT guy that was quite rude. Management needs to improve the units and fumigate frequently; because there were a bunch of mosquitoes.
