Casa aconchegante, com dois quartos climatizados, sala e cozinha bem arejadas. A residência fica localizada em frente a uma pracinha, o que é excelente para quem está com crianças. O único ponto negativo é o banheiro, que é um pouco apertado. Proprietário muito prestativo, sempre atencioso e solícito, passando todas as dicas dos principais pontos turísticos da região.
